If you want to freeze columns A and B, click inside the first cell of Column C (C1). You can select the frame based on Source Timecode, Sequence Timecode, In Point, Out Point. The Freeze Panes command is not available when you're in cell editing mode (that is, you're entering a formula or data in a cell) or when a worksheet is protected. You cannot freeze rows and columns in the middle of the worksheet. You can freeze only rows at the top and columns on the left side of the worksheet. Now when you move around in your spreadsheet, columns and rows should display as normal.
